What pushed me to fly United more frequently was Southwest policy changes that made them way less special for me. And United’s frequent SFO-LAX connection. Their app and site have some genuinely handy features not found elsewhere. And most importantly, fast free Wi-Fi for everyone thanks to Starlink. They have improved their service by quite a bit compared to a decade ago.
Starlink has been a highlight of my trip at Sequoia last Christmas too. It pairs well with travel.
